We can’t guarantee that items will be restocked throughout our sale. Therefore, we suggest you place your order sooner rather than later. This is our biggest sale of the year and kind of a big deal!

CAN I EXPECT ANY SHIPPING DELAYS?
Shipping to US and Canada takes 2-8 business days. International shipping takes 12-22 business days based on location.
Please be aware that your shipping window will start when your order is shipped. Please wait up to 8 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.
I’VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Don’t worry, these things happen! If you’ve entered some details wrong, please get in touch with us ASAP before your order is shipped. Once it's shipped we are no longer responsible for your package as we have no access to it.
Please note, once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. Changing sizes or colours, adding products, or changing your delivery address or method are examples of details that fall under this category.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
While we are unable to provide any guarantees, if you contact us right away, we will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped.
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Contact us as soon as you notice the error and we do our best to update your address as long as your package hasn't left the warehouse, however once your package is shipped we cannot make any changes and cannot be responsible for your package.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE DEVOTEEWEAR SUMMER SITEWIDE SALE?
Yes you can! All orders currently have a 30-day return period from when you receive your order unless they are in OUTLET/Last Chance.
Items must be in their original selling condition with all tags still attached and no signs of makeup, sweat, perfume or hair (human or pet). See here for more information.
Please return your items in a proper polymailer or box and use proper tape to seal any openings. Please avoid stapling any openings.
