All regular products can be returned or exchanged for free within 30 days (extended till Jan 15 for the holidays) of receiving your order as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Each order qualifies for one free return.

Final sale, clearance, outlet or last chance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No duties or tariffs on US and Canada orders. We pay the duties and tariffs so you don't have to worry.

We are not a dropshipping business. All Canadian orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC or if you are ordering from US, all orders get shipped from our warehouse in New York so you don't have to pay duties or tariffs. We offer same-day shipping and fast delivery (2-8 days).
