SMS Marketing and Notifications

By providing your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 8 per month. You can unsubscribe from further text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to Receive Automated Marketing Text Messages

• Consent: By opting in to text marketing and notifications, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and shopping-related text messages (e.g., cart reminders) at the phone number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-out Procedure: You can opt out of receiving further text messages by replying STOP to any message we send. You understand and agree that attempting to opt out by any means other than texting the opt-out keywords is not a reasonable means of opting out.
• Message Frequency: The frequency of message reminders and updates will vary. Devoteewear reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Devoteewear also reserves the right to change the shortcode or phone number from which messages are sent.
• Fees and Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.
