ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return (outlet/clearance/last chance excluded), your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused/unwashed, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Items returned with makeup stains, animal/human hair or sweat patches will not be accepted. 

All items, including promotional gifts, gifts with purchase, must be returned to qualify for a full refund. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. 

EXCHANGES

Please email info@devoteewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order to start a return request. Include your order number for faster processing. Outlet, clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

You have 2 options:

1) We will send you a free return label and once we receive your return, we will inspect and refund you to the original method of paymant. Payment processing depends on your bank (usually 2-5 business days).

2) The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase the new item and return the item you don't need. Once the return is received and inspected we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Payment processing depends on your bank (usually 2-5 business days).

REFUNDS

*IF YOU ENTER AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN'T BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ORDER IF IT GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

If the product(s) you are returning meets the return criteria we will apply the refund onto the original payment method used to make the order. For purchases made by gift card and other payment methods, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.  

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Sale Event Price Adjustment Policy: Please note that if you purchase any items within 30 days prior to one of our big sale events, we are unable to offer a price adjustment to the sale price. However, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, so we are pleased to provide a store credit for the difference in price, which you can use towards any future purchases. This store credit will be issued upon request and proof of purchase within this 30-day window.

START A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at info@devoteewear.com.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

US & CANADA

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a FREE return or exchange. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer a refund for items returned within 30 days of receiving. This excludes outlet items (unless faulty). Customers are responsible for covering the cost of their return label.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTION
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like outlet/clearance/last chance items or E-Gift Cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
